Spicy Peanut Butter Chicken

1 garlic clove, crushed
2 red chilies, finely sliced, deseeded if you want it not so hot
Fresh ginger – 2 tsp, grated
Garam masala – 2 tsp
Peanut butter – 3.5 oz
Coconut milk – 1.7 cups
Chopped tomatoes – 1 (14 oz) can
Coriander – 1 small bunch, half roughly chopped, half leaves picked
Roasted peanuts, to serve
Basmati rice, cooked, to serve
