Smoky BBQ Chicken
The hardest thing about preparing a good barbecued chicken is the glaze of sauce that should be attached to the skin. If you waste a moment, the sauce will become solid black. To avoid it, keep brushing it on the chicken all the time as it cooks.

1 whole chicken, cut into halves
Rice vinegar – ¼ cup
Barbecue sauce – 2 tbsp
2 cloves garlic, crushed
Salt – 1 tbsp
Black pepper – 1 tsp, ground
Paprika – 1 tsp
Onion powder – 1 tsp
Cayenne pepper – ½ tsp
Barbecue sauce – ½ cup, or as much as you need
